Mr. Modersitzki joined UV Partners in 2002. Prior to joining UV Partners he was Managing Director of Novell Ventures and Vice President Strategic Business Development. He was responsible for managing Novell's venture fund, all relationships with the venture capital community, investment bankers, and the portfolio, as well as Novell's Global Strategic Business development group. He has also held key positions at Novell, a leading networking infrastructure company, in corporate development, product management, and sales and marketing. Mr. Modersitzki has over 15 years of high tech operational experience. He began his business career with WordPerfect Inc. He holds a BS in Economics from Brigham Young University.
